The factory radio "flash" on Ultra models is called "4 speaker no amp" and is the one Wild Boar Audio Amps like so your Ultra Classic model will not need a radio "reflash".  This assumes your radio has not been flashed since new and the factory flash in it.  This also assumes your bike in not a CVO model
