Brake tips are finely machined precision CNC parts with stainless steel set screws for durability and grip (the exact same tips we use on our high-end, full-CNC brake product.) The manufacturer's warranty on Forged Brake Pedals is 30 days for manufacturing flaws and six months for breakage replacement at 50% off - direct through manufacturer.. . Brake tips can be adjusted for length in multiple mounting positions and are connected with stainless steel socket screws. Brake pedal arms are anodized in a matte black finish and the tips are anodized in colors per bike brand. A Hammerhead exclusive is the inclusion of a CNC-machined brake clevis (also anodized in colors per bike brand) with a stainless steel pin (except KTM since they do not use a typical clevis design). KTM brake pedals include two precision bearings at the mounting point. Also exclusive to the Hammerhead brand Forged Brake is the ability to adjust the brake tip length and change the tip to a different style. Optional Brake Tips for the Hammerhead Forged Brakes are available separately in large aluminum, titanium or rotating style. Standard aluminum tips are also available separately in all color options.
